By accessing this website or requesting a demo instance, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Demo instances
Demo instances are set up for evaluation purposes. They are isolated tenants that start with synthetic data. Access ends when your demo period ends, and the instance and anything you added to it may then be deleted. Do not use a demo instance for production work or to store sensitive personal data.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: attempt to access another tenant's data; use the assistant to process malicious content (prompt injection attempts); exceed rate limits; or reverse-engineer the platform.
4. Intellectual property
The Exarity platform, its source code, and all content on this website are the property of Exarity and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer
The website and demo instances are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Demo instances are provided on a best-effort basis with no SLA.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exarity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or demo instances.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
